The Sluiskamer, the name says it all, is located at the front of our building, with a view of the Tolhuissluis. 

This spacious room with the original beamed ceiling is suitable for 2 people and has a private bathroom with toilet, spacious sink and a luxurious rain shower. The bathroom is accessible via a wide staircase and is closed by antique en-suite doors.

From the front door it is possible to enjoy the sunrise in the side garden in the morning. Breakfast or a cup of coffee with a piece of cake... what more could you want?

Whether you want to relax with a book or play a game at the table, you don't have to leave your room. Grab a drink from the waiting room refrigerator or make a delicious cup of coffee after a day of cycling in our beautiful green surroundings. Then step out of the (rain) shower feeling wonderfully refreshed and nestle in the crisp linen bedding of the box spring to dream away.

  • Would you prefer two single beds instead of a queen-size bed? We can separate the beds for you in advance and make them up separately.

  • The bathroom of this room is located in the original 'upstairs room'. This limits the height under the beams (200 cm) and under the shower (210 cm).
